About me

I’m going into my fourth year with a double major in Cognitive Systems and Linguistics, where I’ve explored intersections between different fields of study and found myself fascinated by the interdisciplinary nature of research. In particular, I’m interested in how computational tools can be used to understand how human processes work. I’ve worked in developmental psychology (with Dr. Darko Odic) and language learning (with Dr. Carla Hudson Kam), fostering an interest in how humans learn a variety of skills from their environment. Dr. Kim’s work in motor learning, with its blend of kinesiology, neuroscience, and computational science, proved to be right up my alley. Outside of academia, I play guitar and do plenty of reading and crosswords.
